37th Eastport Salmon & Seafood Festival

Running since 1987, Eastport's Salmon and Seafood Festival celebrates the end of summer around Labor Day weekend in this historic Maine coastal town on Passamaquoddy Bay. The centerpiece is a community salmon barbecue featuring fish donated by Cooke Aquaculture—grilled salmon with mustard sauce, roasted potatoes, and Maine blueberry dessert eaten under a tent overlooking the bay. Beyond food: live music, arts and crafts vendors, galleries, gift shops, locally brewed beer and wine, educational boat rides, and free all-ages activities. Strong draw for food vendors and artisans.
