Apache County Fair

Held in St. Johns, the 84th annual Apache County Fair draws 15,000 attendees and 100+ exhibitors—a mix of agricultural, food, craft, and entertainment vendors. The county's signature summer event runs each August and attracts shoppers actively supporting local producers and artisans. All vendors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance (or add $80 to booth fee for fair coverage). Food vendors need Apache County Health Department approval at least three weeks ahead. Overnight security provided; bring your own generators and equipment. Booths must stay staffed throughout and remain open until closing Saturday evening.
