Battle of Pleasant Hill Reenactment & Festival

Pleasant Hill, Louisiana

About

Held on the actual battlefield in Pleasant Hill each April, the Battle of Pleasant Hill Re-enactment commemorates one of the last Southern victories of the Civil War — the April 9, 1864 engagement. The event draws reenactors, sutlers, craft vendors, and food vendors alongside living history programming and pageantry. Over 150 years of history on the ground where it happened.
