Beast Fest (Beast of Bladenboro)

About

Held in Bladenboro each October on the last weekend with free admission, Beast Fest celebrates the town's legendary Beast— a cat-like creature from over 60 years of local lore. Recent festivals drew over 100 craft vendors and 10–15,000 attendees. Vendors showcase arts, crafts, and food. Food vendors must obtain a Temporary Food Establishment Permit from Bladen County Health Department and prepare food on-site. Live music and carnival rides round out the programming.
