Belfast Farmers' Market has been running since 1980 and operates year-round every Friday in downtown Belfast—indoors November–April and outdoors May–October. The market brings together 30+ local farmers, artisans, and food producers selling produce, seafood, baked goods, cheese, meats, herbs, plants, and prepared foods. Expect MOFGA-certified organic farms, heritage breeds, Gulf of Maine seafood, and Maine-made crafts—with many vendors accepting WIC and EBT/SNAP. Applications required; apply by second Sunday of January annually.
