Held in Stockbridge, the 49th annual Plants-and-Answers Plant Sale runs each May, serving the Berkshires for nearly half a century as a Mother's Day weekend tradition since 1977. SpringFest debuts Saturday alongside the sale for the first time—craft vendors, food trucks, petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, lawn games, and a Maypole dance draw shoppers to the Garden's 24-acre campus. Sale vendors source perennials, annuals, herbs, and pollinator-friendly plants curated by BBG horticulture staff. Proceeds support the Garden's education programs. Vendor list includes makers like Calcite & Comfrey, Carlson Creates, Farm Girl Garage, Hoffman Bread, Rustic Woodcraft, and Vine Gate Lavender.
