Blackberry Arts Festival

Running for 40 years, Blackberry Arts Festival is a juried arts and crafts event held in downtown Coos Bay each August to showcase local and regional artists and craftspeople during peak blackberry season. Expect metalwork, jewelry, quilts, candles, hand-painted clothing, wine, carved wood, and more. It's a juried festival, meaning items must be high quality and handmade; vendors are encouraged to demonstrate their work being made. All food vendors are encouraged to feature at least one blackberry-influenced item. The free event is centered on Central Avenue in downtown Coos Bay with live music on the Blackberry Jam stage all weekend.
