Blue Moon Festival

About

Held in Holladay in September, Blue Moon Festival is a free one-night arts celebration at Holladay Village Plaza that draws approximately 4,000 visitors. The festival is dedicated to celebrating creativity and community, with booth space reserved exclusively for individual artists and makers. Expect live music and food trucks—locally focused, no mass-produced goods. Utah State Tax Requirement: All vendors must complete a simple tax form (name, address, phone, DOB, and ID/tax info) and submit directly to the Utah State Tax Commission.
