Bogalusa Blues & Heritage Festival draws thousands to Cassidy Park for music, original artwork, and food. Art vendors must submit original work or artist-made prints only — no commercial items or kits. Food vendors choose two dishes to sell and get access to electricity and water. All vendors set up by Friday afternoon and commit to both days; breakdown before 10 pm is prohibited. The festival committee selects exhibitors based on creativity, quality, and originality — decisions are final. No refunds for weather or cancellations.
