Held in downtown St. Helens, Spirit of Halloweentown is Oregon's largest Halloween festival. A month-long celebration where the entire city transforms into a Halloween wonderland, with thousands of visitors annually experiencing themed attractions, celebrity appearances, live performances, and immersive activities. In 2025, the event hosted 60 merchandise vendors and 14 food vendors. The Boo Bash Pavilion at the waterfront park features local bands and an elixir station; 2025 added hay maze, pumpkin bowling, and lawn games. Weekends only (Fridays–Sundays, late September through October 31).
