Bowers Beach Buccaneer Bash

Hosted by the Bowers Beach Maritime Museum, the bash celebrates its 14th year as a free, family-friendly event each Memorial Day weekend. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the waterfront transforms into an interactive pirate experience with treasure hunts, live music, hands-on demonstrations, and a full pirate encampment created by reenactors—hourly cannon and musket firings, and activities for all ages. Vendors include craft and period vendors alongside food vendors. Additional highlights include petting zoo, food trucks, and pirate-themed merchandise vendors.
