Running since 1980, Burlington Farmers Summer Market is held every Saturday (9AM - 2PM) from late spring through autumn in Burlington's South End. It's a marketplace of farmers, specialty food producers, and artisan crafts—drawing both community shoppers and tourists. Fresh produce, prepared foods, handmade goods, and local beverages like craft beer and cider are standard finds. Note: vendors must reside in Vermont year-round, must have valid VT tax IS, must have business insurance, cannot already have a storefront, VT health license required for prepared food. Owner must be present at 50% of the markets.
