Carmel International Arts Festival

About

Carmel International Arts Festival brings national artists to the Carmel Arts and Design District in mid-September for a juried fine-art and fine-craft show. Founded by Rosemary Waters, the festival has become a cornerstone event for Carmel's arts community — Main Street transforms into "Rosemary Waters Way" during the festival in recognition of her legacy.
