Held in Essex Junction for 10 days in late August, the Champlain Valley Fair is Vermont's largest annual event, drawing 120,000+ attendees and over a century of tradition. Seeks food & beverage vendors, product concessions, and services — food vendors with established track records do well here. Expect agricultural exhibits, horse shows, live music, demolition derbies, motor sports, craft beer competitions, and cooking demonstrations alongside the carnival midway.
