Chatham SummerFest

About

Held in downtown Chatham each July, SummerFest draws hundreds of visitors from the Hudson Valley, Capital Region, and Berkshires for a day of craftspeople, food vendors, live music, and family entertainment. The event is known for its traditions — the Great Chatham Bake-Off (judged by acclaimed food writer Ruth Reichl and Michelin-starred chefs), the annual Pie-Eating Contest on Main Street, and a parade of silly hats. Mix of artisans, nonprofits, food trucks, and local businesses.
