Folsom Historic District Association's flagship juried holiday craft fair, running more than 55 years, with 175 to 200-plus artisan crafters across four blocks of Historic Sutter Street and the public plaza beside the train turntable ice rink. Strolling musicians, face painters, food vendors and Historic District merchants. Items must be 85 percent handcrafted by the applicant. Rain or shine.
