Chugwater Chili Cook-off & Roundup

Held in Chugwater, Wyoming's 40th annual Chili Cook-Off draws over 3,000 attendees from Wyoming and surrounding states for red and green chili competitions, shopping, live entertainment, a ranch rodeo, and kids' programming. Pre-registered vendors can select their top three preferred booth locations from a vendor map on a first-come, first-served basis — a useful perk for optimizing foot traffic. Note: 2026 vendor spots and waitlist are currently full.
