Held in downtown Clarkesville in front of The Old Clarkesville Mill, this Saturday market operates May through October. Offers fresh, local, sustainable, certified chemical-free produce, artisan breads and foods, naturally raised eggs and meat, plus local hand-crafted items from independent makers. Volunteer-run and relying on vendor fees and local sponsorships. Accepts only food producers certified chemical-free with emphasis on low food miles and ethical growing practices. All farmers live less than a quarter tank of gas away.
