Columbus County Community Farmers Market has been running for over 20 years in Whiteville, bringing farmers, artisans, and shoppers together year-round — February through December on Saturdays. Vendors sell locally grown produce, handmade crafts, baked goods, honey, eggs, and plants. A snack bar, music, and kids' activities round out the experience. Some vendors commit to weekly booths; others come monthly. The market participates in a seniors nutrition program and was featured in the Eat & Explore North Carolina cookbook.
