Held in Hillsdale at Roeliff Jansen Park, Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market features over 30 vendors selling locally grown produce, grass-fed meats, cheese, cider, artisan breads, prepared foods, cut flowers, and beverages—all under a covered Harvest Barn. Saturdays May through November, with live music, children's activities led by volunteers, and Q&As with master gardeners. Ample parking, picnic tables, and hiking trails round out the park setting.
