Cotton Days

Washington City, Utah

About

Running since 1987, Cotton Days in Washington City happens each late April through early May, featuring field trips, parade and Cotton Fest. The centerpiece is Cotton Fest, a lively celebration with live entertainment, dance performances, vendor booths, games, bounce houses, a heritage show, and a tractor pull at Veterans Park. The tradition celebrates the town's remarkable founding and resilient heritage —stemming from the Cotton Mission, when southerners were called to grow cotton in the desert. Vendors can apply through the Cotton Fest vendor form.
