Held each November at Sammy Davis Jr. Festival Plaza in Las Vegas, this free festival features special entertainment by local and guest artists (including Las Cafeteras), artisan vendors, food, interactive children's activities, face painting, and an exhibition of community altars. Produced by the city's Parks and Recreation and Office of Cultural Affairs.
