Held in downtown Toms River on Washington Street, Downtown Toms River runs a year-round event calendar — farmers market (Wednesdays June–October), monthly Cruising Downtown evenings, and seasonal street festivals (Irish, Cinco de Mayo, Summer in the Street, Comfort Food, Harvest Arts, Winter Wonderland). Each event draws thousands and features food, merchandise, handcraft vendors, live entertainment, a beer and wine garden, and kid's activities. Downtown businesses stay open during events. Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, and signage; no electricity available. If using a generator, it must be silent and you'll need a fire extinguisher. New this year: 10% discount if you commit to all three seasonal festivals and pay in full upfront.
