About
Downtown Toms River runs a year-round street festival schedule on Washington Street drawing thousands of visitors. Events include Irish & Cinco de Mayo Festivals (spring), Summer in the Street (July), Comfort Food & Harvest Arts Festivals (fall), and Winter Wonderland (December), plus a weekly farmers market and monthly Cruising Downtown. All feature food, merchandise, handcraft vendors, live entertainment, and beer/wine gardens. New: 10% discount if you commit to all three seasonal street festivals and pay in full. Vendors must supply own tent and tables; no electricity or stakes allowed. Food vendors require Ocean County health inspection and fire permits if cooking with open flame/propane.
