Downtown Waterville Farmers' Market

Serving Waterville since 2006, this is a membership-based organization of farmers and artisan food producers that hosts weekly farmers markets year round. The summer farmers market is open every Thursday from the first week of May to the week before Thanksgiving at Head of Falls. 20+ vendors sell fresh, seasonal vegetables, baked goods, cheese, eggs, meat, maple syrup, seedlings/plants, herbs, and crafts. Everything offered for sale must be produced by market members themselves. Membership is open to any Maine farm or food producer who meets requirements and is approved by the membership at the annual New Applicants Meeting in March. Each year the market accepts only those new members who will offer items not already present in abundance.
