Edenton Peanut Festival and Battle of the Bands

About

Held in historic Edenton, the 51st annual Peanut Festival celebrates the region's peanut industry with a parade, farmers market crafts, Colonial Market at the Cupola House, and a Battle of the Bands competition featuring marching bands from North Carolina and Southern Virginia. Pop-ups and vendor activities line King Street throughout the day. The festival also hosts the 2nd annual Nut Run with 5K, 10K, and 15K options, plus a kids' peanut sack race to kick things off.
