About
El Paso's WinterFest is a signature MCAD event in the Downtown Arts District running from November through January. The Market—a year-round Saturday farmers and arts market—relocates downtown for the festival season, bringing local artisans, farmers, food vendors, and live entertainment. Part of MCAD's three major annual festivals alongside Chalk the Block and DÃa de los Muertos.
