Nearly 30-year-old spring street festival on Historic Grand Avenue between Escondido Blvd and Ivy, presented by the Escondido Downtown Business Association and City Gates Events. Hundreds of vendors of hand-crafted gifts and imports, international cuisine, live music stages, a beer and wine garden, and the juried Art in the Garden show at Heritage Garden.
