Galveston ArtWalk

About

Galveston ArtWalk is a monthly island-wide event held the second Saturday of each month (January–December, except February due to Mardi Gras) that opens galleries, studios, nonprofits, museums, and artist-supporting businesses for evening hours and public viewings. Registration is an annual package for the calendar year — you're not required to host every month, but GAC encourages participating locations to stay open late and welcome visitors. No artwork restrictions; work can be from anywhere, any style or media, and need not be for sale. Free public access required during evening hours; 6:00–9:00 PM is standard. Music and refreshments are popular but optional.
