In its 59th year, the Gonzales Jambalaya Festival is moving indoors in late May — a shift that promises more comfort for vendors and shoppers alike. The festival draws thousands of attendees to this cherished Louisiana tradition and accepts a diverse vendor mix: food, crafts, bath products, clothing, home décor, toys, and more. Booth locations are assigned by organizers to avoid product overlap and maximize visibility. Nightly security is provided Thursday through Saturday. Vendors supply their own tent, tables, and displays.
