Great Pershing Balloon Derby

About

Held in Brookfield each September, the Great Pershing Balloon Derby is a four-day festival anchored by hot-air balloon flights at dawn and dusk. Craft vendors, direct-sales vendors, and food vendors set up at Twin Parks on Saturday — 12x12 booth spaces with optional electricity. No driving in the park; unloading assistance available with advance notice. The festival also features a balloon parade down Main Street, evening flame shows, and balloon rides. Cash only for admission and souvenirs.
