Great Wellsville Balloon Rally Main Street Festival

About

Held in Wellsville on Main Street, this free festival pairs craft and food vendors with the annual Balloon Rally. Expect jewelry, crafts, purses, jams & jellies, candles, wood crafts, books, and food vendors. The festival has expanded to Jefferson, Madison, and Fassett Streets — 2026 vendor spaces are sold out, with new applicants placed on a waitlist. Pets and smoking/vaping are not permitted. Food vendors must provide proof of liability insurance.
