The Greater Gulf State Fair runs each October–November in Mobile and welcomes food concessionaires and commercial vendors indoors and outdoors. Evaluation criteria include product uniqueness, booth appearance, and adherence to vendor standards. Applications do not roll over year to year — you'll need to reapply annually with your proposed menu, products, and pricing. Cash and credit card payment required from vendors.
