Highland Games of Harpers Ferry

About

Held at Sam Michaels Park in Harpers Ferry, the Highland Games celebrate Scottish athletic traditions and Celtic culture with heavy athletics competitions (caber toss, stone put, hammer throw), live music, bagpipe performances, a Celtic Clan Village, birds of prey displays, and food vendors. The festival draws spectators and participants alike — proceeds benefit the Harpers Ferry Celtic Culture Society's community charity initiatives. No outside food or alcohol permitted.
