Idaho Potato Drop

About

A New Year's Eve spectacle held downtown since 2012, the Idaho Potato Drop draws massive crowds for live entertainment and an iconic 17-foot illuminated potato drop from a crane. Vendors include food trucks (corndogs, BBQ, pasta, gyros, pretzels, coffee, pastries, boba), local nonprofits, and retail. License numbers required; state tax declaration form (ST-124) mandated for all vendors selling products or merchandise.
