Ionia Free Fair

The Ionia Free Fair, established in 1915, is said to be the world's largest free-admission fair, held annually in July in Ionia. It draws hundreds of thousands of attendees annually—an estimated 400,000 in 2023. Retail vendors occupy the Merchants Building, while the Antique Village features crafters, artisans, and live music. Billed as the "ten best days of summer," it boasts one of the largest midways in Michigan.
