Juneteenth in the Bluff

About

Held each June in downtown Pine Bluff's Delta Rhythm & Bayous Cultural District, Juneteenth in the Bluff is a free festival celebrating Juneteenth history, arts, culture, and community. The 3rd annual edition draws local vendors, regional food trucks, live music headlined by national R&B acts, line dancing, free food tastings, and family programming including the Cub Club Zone with arts-and-crafts activities. 2025 saw nearly 2,850 attendees with strong foot traffic and extended dwell time — solid visibility for vendors looking to reach a tourism-focused, culture-minded crowd downtown.
