Kaolin Festival

About

Held each October in Sandersville, Kaolin Festival has been running since 1956 and celebrates Washington County's heritage as the "Kaolin Capital of the World." The festival draws arts and crafts vendors, antiques dealers, food vendors, and live music alongside a community parade. Known as the "Kaolin Capital of the World," Washington County's 60+ year tradition pulls people from around the globe.
