Laverne 4th of July

Laverne's 4th of July celebration is the largest in northwest Oklahoma, marking its 50th anniversary in 2025. It started in 1974 with a July 4 town barbecue and has grown into the major event today. The festivities span multiple days, with local businesses and vendors open during the evening's festivities on July 3 ("3rd on Main"), followed by parade, games, food trucks, and fireworks on July 4. Free admission.
