About
Held in Madison's National Historic District each late September, Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art is a juried outdoor arts & crafts festival drawing thousands of visitors to Southern Indiana's premier event. Expect roughly 175 exhibitors — painters, potters, jewelers, photographers, and other handmade-goods makers — plus continuous live entertainment, a riverfront food fest, and an entertainment garden with local craft beer and wine. All work must be handmade and individually designed. Running for 50 years as a nonprofit.
