Maple Leaf Festival

About

Held in Carthage each October, the 60th Annual Maple Leaf Festival draws more than 100,000 visitors to America's Maple Leaf City during the third week of the month. The festival spans a full week of activities, anchored by a nearly two-mile parade down Grand Avenue past historic homes, followed by vendors and entertainment on the Historic Carthage Square. Expect 300+ arts & crafts booths, food vendors, and a packed slate of concurrent events — rodeo, cook-offs, car show, quilt crawl, Renaissance fair, and more. Strong foot traffic, established audience, tourism-heavy draw.
