Maricopa County Fair

Annual spring county fair held in Phoenix at the Arizona State Fairgrounds, attracting over 70,000 people each year. Features livestock exhibits from local 4-H and FFA clubs, arts, science fair, cook-offs, rides, tractor shows, live entertainment, vendor booths, monster trucks, demolition derby, and motocross. Two vendor categories: Commercial (non-food items, prepackaged foods, nonprofits, for-profit businesses) and Food (any food or beverage made on-site). Vendors must carry $1 million liability insurance naming the Maricopa County Fair as additional insured. Beginning 2027, food vendors must use the Clover POS system and maintain an active Apex subscription.
