Medford Dickens Festival

About

Held each first Saturday in December in Medford, the Dickens Festival has been running since 1989. The free festival typically attracts more than 10,000 people from Medford and surrounding communities. More than 90 juried artisans sell handcrafted items, alongside holiday carolers, great food, hot chocolate, magic, comedy, juggling, and live presentations. The Main Street Merchants and SJS Title transform Main Street into a Victorian-era wonderland with parade, tree lighting, Santa on a horse-drawn carriage, and costumed performers. Hosted by the local business owners who form the Main Street Merchants.
