Mississippi State Fair

About

Mississippi State Fair runs each October for 12 days in downtown Jackson, featuring livestock shows, creative arts competitions, a circus, and live entertainment across multiple stages. The 63,000-square-foot indoor Mississippi Fairgrounds marketplace and outdoor vendor areas welcome direct-sales food vendors, crafters, and exhibitors. The fair maintains a product balance and encourages new concessionaires to bring in products and services. The fair reserves the right to accept or reject applicants based on product uniqueness and quality, space availability, booth attractiveness, and fair references. All new applicants must submit a color photo or detailed drawing with their application. Previous-year vendors in good standing are invited to return, with a generally very high return rate.
