Missouri Beef Days

About

Missouri Beef Days runs in early May in Bolivar and anchors a multi-day celebration of beef, agriculture, and community. The Street Festival (early May) kicks off with a beef cook-off, food trucks, beer garden, live music, and car show. The Rodeo & Rodeo Market (mid-May) is a two-night event pairing a world-class rodeo with a vendor market and food trucks. Other programming includes a parade, concerts, farm tours, and a Boots & Bling Banquet. Proceeds from select events support local charities and agricultural scholarships.
