12th annual award-winning festival celebrating NC black bears on Plymouth's historic waterfront on the banks of the Roanoke River. 40+ activities including wild bear tours classic car show fossil dig 5K run baby bear contest helicopter rides fireworks. Free admission and parking. 501c3 nonprofit. Retail vendor applications via Eventeny - deadline May 8 2026.
