Annual celebration of the NC poultry industry with the World's Largest Frying Pan (15-foot, 8 sections, ~200 gallons of oil) frying hundreds of chickens. Two-day event with wing cook-off, carnival rides, live music, cake auction, Miss NC Poultry Jubilee pageants, entertainment. Since 1963. Hosted by Town of Rose Hill and Rose Hill Fire Department volunteers.
