The Nebraska Renaissance Festival is the longest running weekend Renaissance festival in the state, established in 2003. Gates are open 10 AM to 6 PM. Vendors sell handcrafted goods, artisan wares, and Renaissance-inspired merchandise alongside jousting tournaments, street performers, theatrical acts, musical ensembles, and period food. Vendor fit is themed — goods generally need to read as period-appropriate, and Renaissance faires commonly require costumed booth staff and period-styled booth appearance.
