NEBRASKAland DAYS is the official state celebration of Nebraska, originally launched in Lincoln in 1965 with a parade, rodeo, pageant, and musical revue. For food vendors, preference goes to those representing Nebraskan food culture, and the number of accepted applicants is limited by available space. Organizers work to avoid duplicate menus, though some overlap can occur — so a distinctive, regionally grounded menu strengthens an application.
