Newaygo County Agricultural Fair

About

Held in Fremont in August, the Newaygo County Agricultural Fair has been running since 1955 and centers on livestock, youth exhibiting, and agricultural education. The 8-day event features cattle, sheep, goats, swine, and poultry shows alongside tractor pulls, contests, and market livestock auctions. Vendors can apply for outdoor booth space (up to 12×15) near the food court, or indoor Business Barn spots. Electric and non-electric spaces available; food vendors must provide $1,000,000 liability insurance with the fair and city named as additional insured, and operate a health department–approved trailer.
